At Pulse Perfumery, we want you to truly enjoy your online perfume purchases. Should you need to return products for any reason, please follow our streamlined process below.

Initiating Returns

To begin a return, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by:

Share your order details (number, date) plus the items you wish to return and why. We will verify if the request meets our return policy and email an Authorization Form to complete along with next steps.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in unused, original condition with tags/seals intact in the original box /packing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns:

·         Of sale items where special discounts were offered

·         Beyond 7 days of order delivery

Return Shipping – Who Pays?

We offer free return shipping for:

·         Incorrect or damaged items

·         If we sent the wrong item

You pay R90 return shipping for:

·         Change of mind/ordering wrong perfume

·         If past eligible return days

Our Easy Return Steps

Once approved, please follow these steps:

1.      Repackage item(s) securely in original boxes/wrappings.

2.      Include the completed Return Form and copy of Invoice in the package.

3.      Clearly label with your details and Return Authorization (RA) number provided.

4.      Post the parcel to given address within 7 days of RA issue.

Once received and verified at our end, your refund will be processed to original mode of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges

To swap your perfume for a different variant, request an Exchange while initiating your return. We will first ship the replacement item you request. Send back original product within 7 days of receiving the exchange parcel.

Cancellations

If we cancel an order due to stock unavailability, you will receive a 100% refund automatically to your account.
