Most orders ship within 24 hours on business days via The Courier Guy. Delivery within the continental South Africa takes 2-4 business days. Check your shipment for exact delivery date estimates.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Our customer support team is available by phone and email to assist with address changes before your order enters fulfillment. We will make every effort to ensure your order ships to the correct location. Please have your order number ready when you reach out so we can rapidly handle your address modification.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?

Inspect your order upon delivery and note any damages on the carrier receipt. Take clear photos documenting damage to the packaging and product. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Is my payment information secure?

All financial data and credit card numbers are encrypted and transmitted securely using SSL protection and industry-standard encryption protocols. All card details are secured through Payfast, a trusted payment platform in South Africa. We do not hold or have access to any payment details.

When am I charged for an order?

Your payment method will be authorized when you place the order, but you will not be charged until the order ships. The charge will appear on your statement as PulsePerfumery or your selected payment processor.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from shipment. To be eligible, products must unused with all tags and labels still attached. We do not refund shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

What if I need to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. We are unable to cancel orders after 12 hours as they will have entered the fulfillment stage. Please call or email us as soon as possible, and no later than 12 hours after ordering, if you require cancellation. Be sure to have your order number handy so we can swiftly handle your cancellation request.
